Over the years we have discovered that as wonderful as the destination is the process can be just as entertaining. We settle on a destination, drag out the maps and guide books, search the web, and trawl blogs to discover the not only the obvious but the hidden gems to see. And of course there is a strong focus on the marvellous cuisine and wine of each region!
These travels often include friends. Each year we choose a place in the world, find a big house to share for a week and put the word out. This is a cheap way to live a life of luxury. Friends come from far and wide , join together for the week, and then continue on to other parts of the globe.

Lesley is married with a daughter, cat and dog. She loves reading, medieval history and The Beatles. She has a Management Consultancy Business which is used to fund all the travel.
Robyn loves travel, photography, (the two go hand in hand), fine wine, music and art. She is married (to a great travel companion) and has three beautiful and talented daughters, and a curly haired dog. She is a Social Worker in community mental health.
